Return & Exchange Policy

At BodyHub Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel and underwear (unless defective)
  • Swimwear (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Contact our BodyHub Fashion customer service team at help@bodyhubfashion.com or info@bodyhubfashion.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship items back using provided instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact BodyHub Fashion immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
